Choon
Kee has been practising yoga since 2001, in hope to relieve backaches and
surprisingly found that yoga helps to improve her overall health. She then
continues her practice with Karen Leo, Founder of Yoga Heart studio as well
as studying with many world renowned international Yoga teachers. Choon Kee has scoliosis since young. And though it is believed that people who “suffered” from scoliosis are not able to have good motor skills, Choon Kee has not only used Yoga to cope with scoliosis but also managed to keep it very well managed with no pain or inconvenience caused to her everyday activities. Fuelled by this and her passion in yoga, Choon Kee continues to further her knowledge and eventually completed the Unity Yoga Heart Teacher Certification Course to become a Yoga Teacher. With a cheerful disposition, Choon Kee enjoys sharing her yoga experience with others. She is well-liked by the students when she teaches at different clubs and at Yoga Heart studio. She loves to work with people and is happy to guide anyone on their Yoga journey.
